terms of service

  • Accepting payments via PayPal and bank cards, using Lava.top. Alternative options, like Steam Gift Cards or donations to the tip jar on Hipolink*, are also open, but the former one is in priority.

  • No refunds – due to the peculiarities of the named services.

  • Payment is made either upon completion of the sketch (for lineart comm), lineart (for flat colors) or flat coloring (for shaded works). It's a guarantee that I'll do my job to the end.

  • Revisions and redraws of artwork elements are free of charge, except for major changes.

  • Stoplist: any NSFW stuff, fetishes/kinks, hateful imagery, gore, death, overcomplicated designs.

  • I have the right to decline your request, until the payment is made and with an explanation of the reason for canceling your request.

  • You and I have the right to use the work for our own purposes, but only by consent from each of us.

  • The use of artworks, whether completed or not, in AI and NFTs is strictly prohibited. I will automatically reject your future requests if you violate this rule.

  • Unlisted items (logos, reference sheets, etc.) are paid by agreement.

* Your bank may block payments made via Hipolink and, in some cases, the cards used to make the payment. Plus, Hipolink itself works only with certain cards, such as PayPal virtual cards. why am I using third-party services to get payment?

Due to the current situation in the place where I was "fortunate" enough to be born and live, PayPal is not available to me directly. As well as its alternatives such as Payoneer, Wise, BuyMeACoffee, CashApp, Revolut and others.Therefore, I have no choice but to use two services which can work the payments from abroad, Hipolink and Lava.topHipolink is a multi-link website created by the team who made Boosty. It's like Linktree or Carrd, with certain Patreon features, like ability to place the paid content. Nowadays, just like Hipo's parental service, it has problems with proceeding payments made via PayPal and certain debit cards.Lava.top is the direct Boosty's rival and also an analog of Patreon, with subscription levels and paid products. At this moment, it remains, perhaps, the only tool which works with PayPal without issues by far.

how to use Lava.top?

  • Once we reach the milestone (see the ToS), you get notified and I share the link to the donate jar. Click on it.

  • In opened window, enter the cost and email, then click on the Pay button.

  • Select PayPal from the available payment methods.

  • Click Proceed to payment. You will be redirected to your PayPal account to select the payment method there.

how to use Hipolink?

  • Once we reach the milestone, you get notified and I create the personalized "product" for your commission. Follow the link to it.

  • Click on the Buy me button.

  • After that, enter your email to get the code to access the private content and click Send code. Enter the code you received.

  • Select Debit card or PayPal virtual card from the available payment methods.

  • Enter your card details and click Proceed to payment. You will be redirected to your bank page.

Alternatively, you can donate the comm amount via the Tip jar on the main page. The steps will be the same as in the case of paying for access to private content.* Your bank may block payments made via Hipolink and, in some cases, the cards used to make the payment.
